Bundle Purchase:
In purchasing the bundle, the purchaser agrees to respect and follow all copyright laws of the creators by not copying, distributing, selling or in any way making a copy of the product (except in the case of personal use or backup).
The purchaser agrees and takes full responsibly of the purchase and understands that the purchase is non-refundable due to the nature of the sale, except for reasons of demonstrable technical issues that cannot be resolved. Before a possible partial refund due to technical issue, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by contacting us. In that event, a partial refund may be given according to our refund policy including the deduction of 100%-off discount codes from the refund amount as a percentage of their value within the total value of the bundle.
NOTE: refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.
Unless otherwise specified, any videos included in the Bundle are not closed or open captioned.
The purchaser agrees to download all products they would like to use on or before the stated download deadline and agrees not to hold 5DayDeal or the product creator liable if they don't download it in time or lose the file due to personal negligence. (5DayDeal recommends backing up the files and includes suggestions and instructions in the DISCOUNTS AND INFO document in the download).
The purchaser agrees that if no charity is selected, 5DayDeal LLC will divide 10% from their purchase for a donation to all charity partners.
Charity:
10% of the purchase price of the bundle will go to the charitable cause selected by the purchaser. If no charity is chosen or if multiples are chosen the 10% will be divided equally among all charities.
Due to the nature of the sale and the legal set-up of the 5DayDeal company, 5DayDeal will not be able to provide a tax deductible receipt for the charity portion of the purchase or the charity match amount. The charities also cannot provide you a tax deductible receipt. The purchaser gets to keep all the good feelings knowing their purchase and money is making the world a better place.
Stay tuned to 5DayDeal's Facebook, Twitter, and Google + to find out final charity totals and what the money is able to do in the coming months.
Application:
The purchaser agrees to download and act on their good intentions when purchasing the product by finding time to learn, practice, and grow their photography. They agree not to keep putting off personal development for Facebook games or trash TV.
Haha, just kidding, but we do want to encourage you to grow your creativity this year. Wishing you the best!
